Well, we survived another transfer week! It wasnt too bad with only 1 new missionary coming in, which we've never had before. We've had 2, or 0, but never one. Still did things like usual, well meeting his trainer wasnt too big of an event, but it went smooth. Oh by the way Elder Kina transferred out to the boonies and his replacement is Elder Asai, a really interesting kid (I should say guy or man or something since he's 26), I'm not entirely sure how to describe him yet, but I have a feeling he will be one of the more challenging companions I have had in a while.... So should be fun. On transfer day we had everyone within Sapporo and everyone coming in for transfers meet at a local church building for usic practice for the upcoming concert, we had to organazie everything, get everyone there safely, herd everyone around, had to arrange, order, and pick up lunches for everyone... "Were looking at, what, 70ish people?" Sister Evans, the mission president's wife asked me. "Umm, actually it will be about 106..." I reply. "Oh! well, good luck with that!" Yes, I'll need it. Other than that not uch happened, well we finally got hit with our winter snow, had a miny blizzard a few days ago, fell for a few days, but today it is warm and raining, so we should get some nice slush. So yeah, christmas is close! Enjoy the season!

Hey People! Meet the latest legally car-operating licenced American in Japan! (as far as my knowledge goes...) Thats right, I had my test this morning annd passed! I think it definately helped that I went and practiced twice between my last test and today. Plus the guy who gave me the test this time was a nice goofy guy, so I think that helped.... And in order to celebrate I drove us an hour south to go to a nice hot springs up in the mountains, which was a great way to celebrate a great transfer indeed. Oh and the new mission office people just got in here 10 mins ago, including my new companion, Elder Asai. I don't know him that well, but he seems like an interesting guy...
Well not too much happened this week. Last Monday we left at 3pm with 4 sister missionaries ad us packed into the van for a 5hr drive down to the southern most tip of Hokkaido, Hakodate, for a Zone Training Meeting. We got there at 8pm and went out to dinner at Lucky Pierrot, a famous, delicious burger place only in that town. We had 14 elders in the apt that night, so there was not much sleeping. The next day we had the ZTM, then the 2 of us returned back to Sapporo. Other than that, Wed/Thu/Fri was just us working with President Evans on transfers and working in the office. I'm sick of this computer! Saturday was Sports Night with the ward and our investigators, Sunday was church, and then today has been explained. A Day in the Life!
Have a good week!
