Another dandy week down in Muroran. Last P Day was cold and cloudy, but we needed to get out so we biked 30 mins over to this nice park, saw some cherry blossoms, got some good pics. I was on splits with 2 different Japnese missionaries this week for 4 days total, it was a little wierd I havent been with a japanese guy in a long time. Elder Spurling was up in Sapporo for our mission concert, so I another missionary were down here for the weekend. Wednesday we had the last official lesson with Mihara kun, our college kid. He just needs to wrap up his weekend job so he can come to church again and hes solid. A few other investigators are coming along as well. Todays weather is swell so we'll be out and about shortly. have a great week!

This is just getting frustrating. We have a week of great warm weather, all these cherry blossoms are starting to bloom and we were stoked to have a P Day to see them all, since they only last about 5 days, and we wake up to cloudy skies and rain. Well were going anyways! Not much going on this week, lots of biking around and trying to catch people that weve met once, I wish these people would just tell you if theyre not interested, instead of saying "yeah im busy, try back another day". I guess they werent taking us seriously when we said we would be back! Our investigators are great, were both (Elder Spurling and I) happy and healthy and all, and thats about it.

Happy Mothers Day! Shout Out to all the mothers out there being mothers. Keep it up. Not much going on lately....Got our transfer calls and we are still together! Which is not a surprise, but, you know, its always fun. Saturday we went up to Sapporo, our mission is having another concert (we do one every few months) and we went up to join everyone for practice. We would normally be considered too far, but Elder Spurling can sing, so we got approval to come up. I however lack enough talent to be in the program, so I and a missionary who had gotten off ther plane 2 days before, who also isnt much of a singer, got to go out in the rain and run up and down apartment stairs for 4 hours while evryone practiced...which, trust me, I would much rather do then sing. Sunday we had stake conference up there so we stayed the night, my last area is the same stake so I got to see alot of the members from there, it was great catching up. I was surprised how many people remembered my name. Today will be a chill day, just getting some stuff done at the apt and all. Have a great week!

Not a bad week. And not a lot of time actually working in our area. This week we went to the next area over to go on exchanges (working with a different missionary) with our District Leader. I went with his companion, Elder Fepuleai, who is a New Zealander, he taught me some good slang. We got back and the next day had an early lesson, weekly planning, then a 2 hr train for a Zone Training Meeting. We came back and had our English class. We had some awesome lessons this week and picked up a few great new investigators. Elder Spurling and I are doing great and having alot of fun. Today it is pouring rain, we went to the gym and played basketball with a member. Anyways, thats been pretty much it. Have a great week!
