Well, I realized about a 4th of my mission is done, and the time has flown by! Its amazing what happens when you dont think about how long youve been here. Its been a great week, missed last week due to a ball game! All the missionaries in Sapporo went to a game, it was way fun. Whenever our team is up to bat the fans are standing and singing, theres a different song for each player! As soon as they switch and the other team is up everyone sits down and politely claps if anything good happens. Oh Japan, so polite. I gave myself a haircut last week, that was quite an experience. I boched it a bit in the back, another missionary had to help me fix it. But it looks fine now. Went on splits last week wih a missionary from Finland, go to hear Finnish accented Japanese, which is quite entertaining. I had a run in with a light pole, dont worry it was my own fault. I walked away with just a headache, a piece of skin taken off my cheek from a piece of plastic on my helmet strap, and a bike chain that came off, no big deal. Plenty of miracles and amazing people every day. Theres no work like the Lord's work!

Well another week has gone by. Still getting used to the city and a 4 man apartment, which gets a little hecic sometimes. One of the other missionaries and I get along really well we always end up staying up late talking, I need to catch up on my sleep! It doesnt help that I push and prod everyone out the door every morning for a run up the hills. Its been hot and humid but the nights are cool so hopefully i will cool down soon. Not much lately, we are excited to get to go to a baseball game next week, baseball games here can get pretty loud Ive heard. Thats about it, thanks a lot. Feel free to write eeryone!

Well, I sure am not in Kitami anymore. They bumped me out of the woods and into the city! I am in Sapporo in an area called Moiwa, with another Japanese companion, Elder Nakano. We share an appartment with 2 other white guys , so it gets pretty fun. Im still trying to get used to the area, city streets are way more confusing. I was really sad to say goodbye to Kitami, its a great city with great people. My old companion, Elder Ishiga will be training a new missionary there. There seems to be a lot of fun stuff to do here, we will be going to a baseball game next week. Oh the onsen was great, as long as youre cool hanging out in hot tubs with a bunch of old naked guys. Good stuff. So thats about it, Im now a city boy.
